We are delighted to advise that our next event will be an evening with Alison Mitchell on Friday 20th March 2026 at the Royal Scots Club in Edinburgh.

Alison is a trailblazing sports journalist who led the way for women in commentary. She was the first woman to be a mainstay commentator on Test Match Special and has travelled extensively covering the Ashes, World Cups, Olympics and Wimbledon. In addition to Alison sharing some of her captivating stories and insights she will be joined in conversation with Trudy Lindblade, Cricket Scotland CEO, Kari Carswell, Scotland National Pathway Coach and Head Coach of Scotland U19 Women and Maisie Maceira, Scotland U19 squad member and one the country's rising stars. Allan Snedden will be our compere for the evening.

The event is in aid of the Cricket Development Trust Scotland (CDTS) which is a registered charity set up to promote and support the education, development and wellbeing of children and young people within Scotland through the game of cricket.  All funds generated for CDTS are invested directly in such initiatives. There will be a raffle and additional fundraising initiatives for the Trust on the evening, with voluntary participation.
